All orders are shipped via UPS. Comfort Zone Canada is not responsible for shipping delays. Below are the shipping parameters for receiving holiday packages before December 25th, 2024.
UPS Standard Shipping (3-8 days)
Last day to order: December 16, 2024* before 1pm MST.
UPS Post Expedited Shipping (3 days)
Last day to order: December 20, 2024* before 1pm MST.
UPS delivery times are based on normal delivery conditions and are, therefore, subject to change without notice.
UPS delivery days are Monday to Friday and Saturday (for Saturday Express service shipments), excluding
UPS holidays. UPS may make up to three delivery attempts at its discretion at your address on regular UPS delivery days. After the final attempt, undeliverable packages will be returned to the sender.

Order processing occurs Monday through Friday, except for during the following holidays:
December 25 & 26, 2024 - CLOSED
December 31, 2024 (Open until 12:00pm MST)

Please ensure that the Ship To address you provide at order checkout is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped.
Shipping Conditions
We are unable to ship products once temperatures surpass -20 C in Western Canada, as the integrity of the item(s) can be impacted due to the freezing temperatures during the shipping process. You will be notified if this situation is applicable to you order.
